I've been looking forward to seeing Star Trek for quite some time now. I had the chance to go see it last night with Marc in true IMAX. It was amazing! J.J. Abrams and crew did an outstanding job on the movie. All of the characters were fantastic, and as Marc mentioned after the movie, the throwback mentions were great. I encourage everyone to see it. It's great for old and new fans.
I don't go to the theater nearly as often as I would like because it's getting to be a pricey venture. However, the movies I will go see, I will try and see them in IMAX. The sound quality and screen size were worth the extra few bucks over a normal ticket.
Now, I can't wait for Transformers!
